The workforce is changing, as are workplaces. Expectations are changing on the part of employers and employees alike. Jobs, careers no longer mean what they used to, and that is affecting the way companies are structured as well as the way people work (and where they work).

In this context, personnel decisions and policies can have vast repercussions on company culture and how that culture translates into value for the company's customers. If cultures are changing, how does that affect the ability of the company to speak in a coherent voice and engage its customers in predictable and consistent ways?
