Welcome to the April edition of the Axellium newsletter.

The rate of business transformation is increasing at an ever faster rate, leading to significant challenges on many levels. Companies are now confronted not just with the need to change, but the imperative to do it fast, and on a near constant basis. A few generations ago, it was possible - and indeed mostly the norm - to set strategy over the very long term. Nowadays, many aren't sure about their strategies 3 to 5 years out.

This has profound implications. From the people you hire, to the programs you put in place to keep them relevant and engaged, to the processes and tools you implement, to the culture you allow to develop. All of these factors - many intangible - contribute to a company's ability to weather the change, and better yet, anticipate it, welcome it, assimilate it, and turn it into a competitive advantage.
